A leading Family Law practice based in the Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded and growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for a driven Family Lawyer looking for exposure to complex, high-quality work, alongside a clear and genuine pathway to partnership, within a supportive and well-resourced practice.

THE ROLE

You will work closely with Partners on sophisticated family law matters while also running your own files with a high degree of autonomy. The practice is known for handling complex and high-value matters, including:

• Property settlements involving substantial asset pools
• Parenting and relocation disputes
• Financial and binding agreements
• High-net-worth matters and complex asset structures
• Mediation, negotiation and contested litigation

You will have direct client contact, strategic input into matters and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.

ABOUT YOU

• Admitted Family Lawyer operating at Senior Associate level
• Strong experience across complex family law matters, particularly property and parenting disputes
• Confident running matters independently and managing client relationships
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Strong written and advocacy skills
• Motivated by long-term progression and partnership opportunities
